1.The  PDC  bit is made entirely of medium carbon material. Holes are drilled on the working face of the drill bit, and the PDC cutting teeth are fastened to the drill bit crown by a press-fit method.

2.The drill bit crown is treated with a surface hardening process to enhance its erosion resistance.

3.Advantages and Disadvantages：

 Disadvantages：The drill bit body is not resistant to erosion, and the cutting teeth are difficult to secure.
